Add a Backup Dress Option

This option is perfect if you’re unsure about size, style, or fit, and want a backup plan for your special event. You can select an alternative style or the same dress in a different size and pay only 40% of the hire price for the second dress.

The Backup option is designed to give you peace of mind, but you can only wear one dress out of the two. If both dresses show signs of wear, you will be charged the full hire cost for the second dress.

  • How To Add a Backup Dress to Your Booking

    1. Read the policy below carefully to make sure you understand how it works.
    2. Add both dresses to your cart. Select the same booking dates for both items.
    3. At checkout, enter the discount code BACKUP. The lesser-valued dress will automatically be discounted to 60% off.

  • Backup Dress Policy

    • Orders using the BACKUP code must have both garments booked for the same hire dates.
    • You may wear only one of the two dresses to your event. If both dresses show sign of wear, the full hire fee for the backup dress will be charged.
    • The backup discount cannot be applied to bags/postal try-ons/ex-hire sale purchases
    • If the code is applied incorrectly, you will be asked to pay the difference or have your order cancelled.
    • The backup dress fee is non-refundable. If you decide to wear the backup instead of the main dress, no price difference will be refunded.
