Postal Try-Ons

We are currently not offering In-Person Try-Ons at a physical location, however, you may book our at-home postal try-on service for the ultimate convenience.

How Postal Try-Ons Work:

Dresses will be dispatched via express post for postal try-on every Monday or Tuesday. Once received and tried on, the garment is to be returned within 24 hours of receiving it.

Postal try-ons are intended for fitting purposes only. If there are any signs of extended wear (tan, marks, perfume etc.), you will be charged the entire hire price. You are responsible for the garment while it is in your possession and will be liable for any damage or theft. 

  • Fees: $50 booking fee (redeemable if you hire within 48 hours from the time of delivery) + $24 return postage costs
  • Pick-up/Uber: Customers located in Brisbane are welcome to collect directly from our Toowong location or book your own Uber pick-up/drop-off
  • Return: The garment must be returned within 24 hours of receiving it. You must lodge the item over the counter at an Australia Post post office and provide proof of lodgement. If the garment is not returned within 24 hours, it will be treated and charged like a normal 4-day rental booking. 

If you choose not to proceed with the booking, you will not receive a refund.

Please note that all existing hire bookings take priority over postal try-ons, hence your requested piece will be fulfilled pending availability. Some garments are highly booked out and won’t be available for a postal try-on. Please reach out to check if the garment you wish to try on is available for this service.
